About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for large-scale advertising datasets, ensuring scalability and reliability on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, translate business goals into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead model development, from feature engineering and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research in deep learning and NLP to enhance ad targeting and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong background in Python and AWS services.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the advertising or media technology domain is highly desirable.
