Lead the strategic direction and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite environment, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, resource allocation, and system integrations to drive efficiency and business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long‑term IT strategy for the NetSuite platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of NetSuite modules and integrations.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and capacity planning to support project delivery and operational stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize initiatives.
- Oversee data governance, reporting, and analytics to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption initiatives to maximize user engagement and system utilization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise ERP implementation and management, with deep expertise in NetSuite.
- Proven track record in IT strategy development, resource planning, and project portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, PMP) preferred.
