Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent RPA solutions using Python, UiPath, and Azure, while integrating machine‑learning models and APIs to streamline business processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end intelligent automation solutions across finance, operations, and client services.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing technical guidance on RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and code quality.
- Design and implement Python‑based scripts and machine‑learning models to enhance decision‑making within automated workflows.
- Integrate APIs, cloud services (Azure), and data sources to create scalable, secure automation pipelines.
- Establish best practices, governance, and monitoring frameworks for production‑grade bots.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in RPA development with deep expertise in UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building/consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps) and containerization.
- Knowledge of machine‑learning concepts and ability to embed models into automated processes.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor developers and drive complex automation projects from concept to production.
