Implementation Engineer
Lead the integration of advanced infotainment and connectivity systems, ensuring seamless hardware‑software co‑design, rigorous testing, and compliance with automotive standards across the vehicle platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end integration of infotainment and connectivity modules, coordinating with hardware, software, and system teams.
- Define and enforce integration test plans, including functional, performance, and safety validation for CAN, Ethernet, and AUTOSAR components.
- Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of integration defects, driving continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with automotive standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, ISO 15765).
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive integration engineering, with a focus on infotainment and connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, and AUTOSAR stack implementation.
- Proficiency in Linux-based embedded systems and debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Wireshark).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
