QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and execution of integration and test solutions for mission‑critical defense systems, leveraging Python, C++, LabVIEW, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality, reliable hardware and software delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end‑to‑end integration and test strategies for complex aerospace and defense platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, C++, and LabVIEW to validate hardware‑software interfaces.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and test harnesses to accelerate verification cycles and improve repeatability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams in an Agile environment to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and system‑level testing, analyze results, and produce detailed test reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of integration and test experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW for test development and automation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and Agile development practices.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware testing, HIL simulation, and system integration of embedded platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and guide project delivery.
