About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Java, and Selenium for institutional services applications.
- Lead the creation and execution of end‑to‑end test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts in Agile ceremonies to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive remediation efforts across cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promote best practices, and continuously improve automation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, with strong proficiency in Python or Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
- Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and process improvement.
