Devops Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of cloud-native infrastructure, driving automation, reliability, and performance across AWS environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and ensure high quality releases.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement of reliability and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on platform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services.
- Proven track record managing Kubernetes clusters, Terraform provisioning, and containerized workloads.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
