About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement complex on‑premises and cloud infrastructure solutions (Azure, AWS) to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Lead a team of engineers in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, automation scripts (PowerShell, Ansible) and configuration management processes.
- Ensure endpoint and modern workplace solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with corporate IT policies.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code/review sessions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Ansible, and strong understanding of networking and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design highly available, secure, and scalable systems and to guide cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
