About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead automation initiatives using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to embed security, compliance, and monitoring into the infrastructure lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Drive capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning for large‑scale deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep expertise in IaC, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with cost‑management and performance monitoring tools is a plus.
