Devops Engineer
Lead the design, delivery and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure for messaging and email hygiene services, leveraging AWS, Linux, Terraform, Ansible and modern CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build and maintain highly available infrastructure supporting messaging and email hygiene platforms across public cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to ensure repeatable, auditable deployments.
- Drive automation and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins) for continuous delivery, testing and monitoring of services.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed hardening, encryption and audit controls into the infrastructure stack.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering best practices in cloud operations, incident response and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and operating large‑scale infrastructure on AWS (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM).
- Strong Linux systems administration background with scripting proficiency in Python.
- Proven expertise with Terraform, Ansible and container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm).
- Hands‑on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of email security technologies (spam filtering, DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and messaging protocols.
