Lead the design and implementation of data loss prevention strategies across hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments, driving security across endpoint, proxy, application, and infrastructure layers for web and email services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute DLP solutions for both on‑prem and cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls across endpoint, proxy, application, and infrastructure layers.
- Develop and maintain threat models, risk assessments, and incident response plans for web and email services.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to embed security best practices into development lifecycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior security staff and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and deploying DLP solutions in hybrid environments.
- Deep knowledge of endpoint, proxy, application, and infrastructure security controls.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
