Lead Information Security Engineer - Arctic Wolf Networks

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve end‑to‑end security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Lead incident response and threat hunting initiatives, ensuring rapid detection, containment, and remediation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security controls into the development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
• Develop and maintain security architecture frameworks, policies, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Mentor and coach security engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with a proven track record in security architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure application development.
• Strong background in incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent) preferred.
