Lead QE role driving Agile testing for Corporate and Finance streams, leveraging Selenium, Java, REST APIs, AI‑powered test generation, and cloud CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high‑quality releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities across Corporate and Finance streams within an Agile delivery model.
- Plan and execute sprint testing, automation runs, and release sign‑off, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Design and implement AI‑based test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting.
- Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs, validating end‑to‑end integrations and data flows.
- Manage test execution on cloud platforms to accelerate feedback loops and scale testing capacity.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, establishing continuous quality gates and monitoring metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading QE teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and REST API testing.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation and analytics.
- Experience with cloud testing platforms and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on quality metrics and risk mitigation.
