Software Engineer
Lead testing professional responsible for designing, building, and executing automated and manual test solutions using Playwright with TypeScript, while driving API testing, test strategy, and Agile collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Create, execute, and manage both automated and manual test cases across web and API layers.
- Perform API testing and automation with Postman and Swagger, including validation and debugging of service contracts.
- Define test strategy, planning, design, and execution artifacts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation and manual testing.
- Deep expertise in Playwright with TypeScript for building robust test suites.
- Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, design, and execution processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and communicating effectively with developers, product owners, and QA peers.
