Lead the design and delivery of advanced HR analytics solutions, leveraging Python, SQL, and modern BI tools to provide actionable insights for talent strategy and workforce planning.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end HR analytics pipelines, from data ingestion to visualization.
- Design and maintain data models and warehouses that support workforce, compensation, and talent acquisition reporting.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to enable data‑driven decision making.
- Apply statistical methods and machine‑learning techniques to predict turnover, identify skill gaps, and optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, data engineers, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, with a focus on HR or people analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI and creating data visualizations for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
