Lead Healthcare Research & Data Analyst - Clarivate

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical models and dashboards for large real‑world healthcare datasets, including claims and EHR data.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in translating complex data into actionable insights for market access, commercialization, and clinical research.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support evidence‑based decision making.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and efficient pipeline architecture.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating technical results into clear business recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (science, healthcare, analytics, or business).
• 5–7+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, preferably in healthcare or claims analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures, privacy regulations, and real‑world evidence methodologies.
