QA Engineer
Lead a team of hardware test engineers in designing, automating, and executing test programs for complex electronic systems, leveraging Python, LabVIEW, and advanced debugging tools to ensure product quality and compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the development of comprehensive hardware test strategies for new and existing electronic products.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and LabVIEW.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate test plans with PCB design, signal‑integrity, and system‑level validation.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in test methodology.
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other instrumentation, and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of hardware test experience.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and LabVIEW for test automation.
- Strong background in PCB design validation, signal integrity, and use of debugging instruments (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer).
- Experience leading test teams in an Agile environment and delivering test documentation and reports.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
