Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of gameplay engineers to design, implement, and iterate core gameplay mechanics and systems for a AAA sports title.
- Architect scalable, high‑performance gameplay code in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and Blueprint, ensuring smooth frame rates and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with design, animation, and other engineering leads to translate creative concepts into robust, maintainable code.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and performance benchmarks across the gameplay team.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in gameplay programming, with a strong portfolio of AAA or high‑profile sports games.
- Proficient in Unreal Engine 5, C++, and Blueprint scripting.
