About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for new game titles, from concept through polish.
- Collaborate with artists, programmers, and producers to translate design documents into playable prototypes.
- Lead level and narrative design, ensuring cohesive storytelling and balanced gameplay.
- Conduct regular playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on mechanics and content.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine, and familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Maya, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of balancing gameplay mechanics and player engagement.
