Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and PL/SQL, along with proven expertise in leading technical initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving projects from inception through delivery. This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance architecture, hands-on development, and stakeholder engagement.
Primary (Must-Have) Skills
- 15+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with . NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Solid experience in Full Stack Development using modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or similar).
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, packages, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, enterprise-level applications.
- Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
