In this role, you will be a key partner across engineering and brand teams, collaborating closely with content strategists, designers, and marketing leads. Your work will focus on building and iterating on a website that prioritizes speed, accessibility, and ease of management for the entire team.
What You’ll Do:
Architect, build and maintain our Marketing website using React, Next.js and Tailwind.css with a focus on performance and scalability.
Partner with design to implement polished, pixel-perfect UI components with a strong eye for detail.
Integrate with third party services including analytics, CMS, Marketo Forms and A/B testing tools
Establish and maintain staging and production deployments with reliability and speed.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate campaign and product goals into technical solutions.
Drive Core Web Vitals scores, SEO best practices and web accessibility across all the pages.
Govern and continuously optimize development and operations workflows - from branching strategies and release processes to incident response time.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of front-end engineering experience
Strong understanding of React and Next JS including App Router, server components and SSG/SSR strategies.
Strong understanding of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and responsive/accessible components
Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms and third party APIs
Experience working directly with Marketing and design stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requi
