Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical leadership, setting high engineering standards and driving delivery velocity across full‑stack projects.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS services.
• Integrate AI‑enabled capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance product functionality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and operations to ensure alignment on technical strategy and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong background in cloud architecture, preferably AWS, with a focus on security and scalability.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑enabled features and integrating machine learning models.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring and leading engineering teams.
• Passion for building high‑quality, maintainable code and driving continuous improvement.
