About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end web applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead a remote team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Champion best practices in security, accessibility, and responsive design across all projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and RESTful API design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS) and Docker containerization.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead distributed teams.
