About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, responsive web applications with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS techniques.
- Lead a small team of frontend engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and fostering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into high‑quality user experiences.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimizations to maintain code quality and delivery speed.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their applicability to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong portfolio of production‑ready applications.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS (Sass/SCSS).
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
