About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex React applications with TypeScript, ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back‑end teams to translate requirements into clean, reusable code.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for styling, state management, and component design.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, manage data flow, and optimize network usage for responsive user experiences.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front‑end development experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in CSS, SCSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization is a plus.
