About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate fraud detection strategies across cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS and Azure for real‑time fraud analytics.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in building machine learning models that predict and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate insights into production systems.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, driving data‑driven fraud prevention initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science with a focus on fraud detection.
- Proficiency in A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud services (S3, Redshift, Synapse, Lambda, etc.).
- Strong background in machine learning, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
