Lead FPGA Engineer

Lead FPGA Engineer at RTX (Raytheon Technologies). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FPGA Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing complex digital circuits using FPGAs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog, and experience with RTL design. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FPGA engineers in designing and developing complex digital circuits.

• Develop and maintain complex digital circuits using FPGAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FPGA design and development.
• Strong background in VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with RTL design and synthesis.
• Leadership experience and ability to lead a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
