Lead Forward-Deployed Engineer, AI

About the Role

As a Lead Forward-Deployed Engineer, AI, you will be instrumental in guiding complex enterprise deployments from initial ambiguity to full production. You will collaborate closely with strategic customers and internal teams to understand business objectives, technical limitations, data realities, delivery risks, and success metrics. Your role is to translate these inputs into a clear technical strategy that expedites deployment and value realization.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering production-quality solutions for intricate deployments, including data ingestion and transformation utilities, integrations with systems like ERP, Snowflake, Databricks, and various APIs, workflow automations, and extensions for agentic AI deployments. This also involves creating customer-specific data validation tools, enrichment tools, and lightweight services/applications to support go-live readiness, along with developing repeatable accelerators for future enterprise deployments.

A key aspect of your role will be enabling agentic AI deployments within real enterprise environments. You will assist customers in deploying and operationalizing Resilinc’s agentic capabilities across diverse use cases such as disruption intelligence, tariff risk, forced labor compliance, supplier risk, multi-tier mapping, and event-driven workflows. Your expertise will bridge the gap between the platform’s agentic capabilities and the customer’s specific data, processes, governance, and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and build production-quality solutions including data ingestion, transformations, integrations (ERP, Snowflake, Databricks, API), workflow automations, and agentic AI deployment extensions.
• Create customer-specific data validation and enrichment tools, and lightweight services.
• Enable the deployment and operationalization of Resilinc’s agentic AI capabilities for various use cases.
• Establish strong engineering discipline: clean code, testing, documentation, security, logging, observability, deployment readiness, and operational handoff.
• Reduce friction for high-complexity accounts, unblocking go-lives and stabilizing early production usage.
• Identify repeated patterns across enterprise deployments and provide actionable recommendations to Product and Engineering teams to convert needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the operating model, standards, tooling, templates, engagement rules, and handoff practices for the Forward-Deployed Engineering function.
