Software Engineer
Senior leader responsible for defining and governing the engineering platform strategy, driving cloud-native architecture, DevOps practices, and platform scalability across multiple locations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long‑term engineering platform roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks for platform standards, security, and compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, and operate scalable cloud‑native services using Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, automation, and observability to improve release velocity and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and security stakeholders to ensure platform solutions meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise with AWS services, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD toolchains.
- Proven track record establishing governance models and standards for large‑scale engineering platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and ability to influence technical culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading distributed teams.
