About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant, identifying automation opportunities and designing end‑to‑end solutions that improve workplace efficiency.
- Architect and maintain scalable, cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git, Docker, and Kubernetes to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data pipelines, monitoring, and alerting for operational excellence.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in software quality and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on automation and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building production‑grade services on AWS.
- Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
