Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance Android mobile applications using C#, Xamarin/Maui, and React Native.
- Architect scalable, maintainable codebases and enforce best practices across the mobile stack.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and ensure timely delivery of sprints, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile development experience, with a strong focus on Android.
- Proficiency in C#, Xamarin/Maui, and React Native, plus experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building high‑quality, user‑centric mobile experiences.
