About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, high‑throughput APIs using TypeScript, Go, and .NET, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and implement data integrity and security best practices.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and DevOps teams to define feature requirements, release schedules, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response for mission‑critical services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and .NET ecosystems, including RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
