Lead Engineer - Mechanical Design at RTX (Raytheon Technologies). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru Northgate, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with expertise in SolidWorks, CATIA, and Finite Element Analysis. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in mechanical design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong background in SolidWorks, CATIA, and Finite Element Analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical systems and develop innovative solutions.
