Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable IT solutions, driving cloud adoption and engineering best practices while mentoring teams and ensuring high‑quality, secure software for healthcare revenue cycle platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS to support high‑volume healthcare revenue cycle applications.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure delivery excellence.
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to improve release velocity and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and scalable designs.
- Champion Agile processes, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying solutions on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Solid background in DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI) and infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience leading technical teams in an Agile environment, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) are a plus.
