Software Engineer
Lead Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures, ensuring high availability, compliance, and optimal performance across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into robust network solutions.
- Design, implement, and document scalable LAN, WAN, and WLAN architectures that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Deploy new network configurations, conduct performance tuning, and troubleshoot issues across all network segments.
- Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotations, providing rapid response to incidents and ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability across the network.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise network design and implementation (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of resolving complex network issues.
- Knowledge of network security, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and support 24x7 operations.
