Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of scalable internal platforms and AI solutions, driving architecture, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration using Python, Node.js, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and advanced machine learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑availability internal platforms that support data pipelines, microservices, and AI workloads.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Design and deploy machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to define best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement of development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform engineering and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
