About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop real‑time web applications with React, ensuring high performance and low latency across devices.
- Implement video/audio rendering, screen sharing, chat, annotations, and remote interaction controls using WebRTC and related signaling protocols.
- Integrate and maintain WebRTC clients, handling reconnection logic, device selection, and user permissions.
- Collaborate with backend and product teams to define feature requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable code.
- Optimize UI responsiveness and performance, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of frontend development experience, with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript.
- Proven track record building real‑time, low‑latency web applications using WebRTC or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
