About the role
As a Lead Engineer for Embedded Platform Software, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for embedded systems. You will lead a team of engineers in the development of software for various embedded platforms, including Linux and RTOS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets the required specifications and is delivered on time. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in the development of software for embedded platforms.
- Design and develop software for embedded systems, including Linux and RTOS.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets the required specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development for embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Python programming languages.
- Experience with Linux and RTOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
