About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines for real‑time betting and personalization features.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and infrastructure groups to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement robust CI/CD practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance of ML services.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art algorithms, frameworks, and cloud services, evaluating and integrating them where they add value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine‑learning models in production, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer‑facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes), including infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and model monitoring/observability.
