Lead the design and delivery of agentic Generative AI solutions using Anthropic models, driving prompt engineering, model integration, and scalable cloud deployments for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end agentic AI systems leveraging Anthropic large language models.
- Design, test, and refine prompts and tool‑use strategies to achieve task‑specific performance.
- Integrate AI services into cloud environments (AWS/GCP), ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor a team of AI engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to translate business requirements into AI‑driven features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or LLM‑based products.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with prompt engineering for Anthropic or similar APIs.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI models in cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, evaluation metrics, and model fine‑tuning.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, communicate complex ideas, and deliver production‑grade AI solutions.
