Role overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop and implement AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development experience combined with hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, Flows, Apex and AI-driven business automation.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and client stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Configure Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Instructions and Prompt Templates.
• Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, Invocable Apex and External Services.
• Build intelligent workflows leveraging Salesforce Flow and Agentforce orchestration.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud and external applications.
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs and Platform Events to support Agentforce use cases.
• Configure Prompt Builder and AI templates to deliver contextual, grounded responses.
