Lead the design and delivery of high‑performance, responsive digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager, driving front‑end architecture, enterprise standards, and AI‑powered development workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of scalable AEM Sites and Edge solutions, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.
- Define and enforce front‑end standards, including ClientLibs, component libraries, and design system guidelines.
- Drive responsive, accessible, and personalized web experiences that align with brand and accessibility requirements.
- Integrate AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, GenAI coding assistants) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AEM front‑end development and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Edge, ClientLibs, and Edge Delivery Services.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or similar frameworks).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
- Experience with AI‑powered development tools and cloud deployment environments.
