Software Engineer
Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade Adobe Experience Manager solutions, driving cloud‑native deployments, AI‑assisted coding, and CI/CD automation while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end AEM solutions across web, mobile, and cloud environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary development team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Design and implement cloud‑native deployment strategies using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and container orchestration platforms.
- Integrate AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GenAI coding assistants) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes in collaboration with DevOps.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust digital experience solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing with Adobe Experience Manager, including deep knowledge of AEMaaCS.
- Strong background in Java, OSGi, Sling, and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within the AEM ecosystem.
- Proven experience designing cloud‑native architectures and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools and ability to incorporate them into development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
