Lead a cross‑functional team to architect, develop, test, and support high‑performance electronic hardware, including PCBA and FPGA designs, for global market products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and translate PCBA requirements into detailed design specifications in collaboration with mechanical, software, and project teams.
- Architect robust hardware concepts, develop schematics, layout, and component selections using Altium Designer.
- Design, implement, and verify FPGA logic using Verilog, ensuring integration with overall system architecture.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform hardware validation, and troubleshoot issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Produce clear technical documentation, including design files, test reports, and release notes, and provide post‑release support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of hardware design experience.
- Proven expertise in PCB design, high‑speed signal integrity, and FPGA development.
- Strong proficiency with Altium Designer and Verilog coding.
- Hands‑on experience in hardware testing, validation, and failure analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across multidisciplinary groups.
