About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the implementation of end‑to‑end observability platforms using Elastic Stack, integrating AI/ML for anomaly detection and predictive insights.
- Architect scalable, secure data pipelines and dashboards that support real‑time monitoring across hybrid cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, ingestion strategies, and alerting frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering best practices in observability, DevOps, and AI model deployment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose enhancements to keep the observability stack at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, or telemetry engineering with deep expertise in Elastic Stack.
- Proven track record in AI/ML architecture, including model deployment and integration into production systems.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
