About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end development of enterprise‑grade applications that support digital health initiatives.
- Champion Agile practices, ensuring iterative delivery, continuous integration, and rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to define technical roadmaps and enforce best practices.
- Lead, coach, and grow a diverse group of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Drive cloud adoption (primarily AWS) and DevOps automation to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record designing large‑scale, cloud‑native architectures.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or life‑sciences domain is a plus.
