Software Engineer
Lead the development of an AI Governance Engineering platform, automating policy enforcement, risk assessment, and compliance across the organization using Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline AI lifecycle management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated AI governance workflows that enforce policy, risk, and compliance checks across all AI projects.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and security teams to define and maintain governance standards and tooling.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines to deploy governance services on cloud platforms.
- Develop Python-based services for policy evaluation, audit logging, and reporting.
- Lead incident response and continuous improvement of governance processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML operations or data governance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Terraform, and cloud-native CI/CD tools.
- Hands‑on experience with policy-as-code frameworks and automated compliance checks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
