Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of automation, CRM, BI, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and executive expectations.
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models using Python and Node.js.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational workflows through process automation and intelligent analytics.
- Present insights and progress to executive leadership, translating technical outcomes into business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong background in automation, CRM, BI, and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Hands‑on experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and a track record of delivering high‑visibility projects.
