About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Wealth Management’s online and mobile retail platforms, from vision to launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross‑functional teams.
- Lead and mentor product teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external integration partners to ensure seamless connectivity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze user data and market trends to prioritize features that enhance client engagement and advisor productivity.
- Champion a user‑centric design approach, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and high‑performance digital experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in financial services or a related digital domain.
- Proven track record delivering complex web and mobile products using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Experience with UX/UI best practices and a passion for creating exceptional customer journeys.
