Devops Engineer
Lead the design and operation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure, driving automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Mentor teams, optimize performance, and ensure high availability for mission‑critical applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Design and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform, automating deployments across multiple environments.
- Lead containerization strategy with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with development, security, and QA teams to enforce best practices, perform code reviews, and implement automated testing.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a fast‑paced, cloud‑first environment.
- Proven expertise with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation) and IaC tools like Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go, and experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
